• Drive net new pipeline and ARR for the DACH region via a book of channel partners, specifically resellers and VARs • Enable and build relationships with existing Vanta partners • Direct a one-to-many approach to developing business within the region • Build one-to-one relationships with key partners across DACH • Manage your pipeline effectively, working alongside Account Executives in the business to close deals
• 4+ years of channel partner experience working within software/SaaS • Must be able to work 3 days per week in our London or Dublin office with 2 days at home • Be fluent in German and English, with strong communication skills in both languages • Excellent cross-functional team player that can execute and can contribute to strategy • Highly driven self-starter that thrives in a dynamic environment • Customer focused approach • Experience in operations, with an ability to help create and organize business processes and systems • Understanding and experience with IT Service Providers and the IT Channel. • Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact
