• Help manage and deliver consulting projects while overseeing and quality-reviewing analysts’ work. • Partner with internal colleagues and clients to design and implement compensation-related and broader HR solutions. • Deliver superior, consistent project management as the day-to-day project lead on smaller engagements. • Collaborate to develop, design, and implement effective reward solutions. • Establish collaborative relationships with clients to understand their business and issues. • Prepare high quality analysis and written work while managing the work done by analysts.
• Design-orientated compensation experience, ideally in consulting or highly consultative corporate environments. • Basic knowledge and understanding of Rewards programmes and processes. • Proven experience successfully managing multiple, multi-faceted projects and producing quality deliverables on time and within budget. • Good client relationship management skills. • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills and clear, concise and confident written and verbal communication skills.
