📋 Description

• Build Vanta's cross-source intelligence layer so organizational data is queryable, reasoned-over, and useful • Define product scope, prioritize tradeoffs, and own the sequence of delivery • Ship prototypes, internal tools, and agent workflows directly • Visit GTM, G&A, and EPD teams to understand unanswered organizational questions • Detect and address AI-specific quality issues before they cause damage • Build on the Signal Collection and EPD OS infrastructure • Influence behavior across organizations through shipped products and communication

🎯 Requirements

• Real, recent, shipped work with LLM tooling • Ability to learn fast • Experience building with AI and evolving AI architecture approaches • Ability to scope ambiguous problems independently and make tradeoffs • Ability to determine when to work independently versus involve an engineer • Experience identifying and addressing AI quality problems, including reliability, cost, latency, edge cases, and drift • Ability to find root causes and consider second- and third-order effects • Curiosity, willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly • No CS degree required • Ability to work in the United States and satisfy applicable work authorization requirements
