📋 Description

• Work intimately with Kubernetes internals to advance container orchestration • Write high-performance, resilient Go code powering the vCluster platform • Own feature development end-to-end, from technical design through release • Engage with the community and contribute to open-source projects • Define scalable tenancy models for isolation and resource sharing beyond namespaces • Tackle complex engineering challenges requiring deep systems architecture understanding • Build and maintain infrastructure supporting AI cloud providers and AI factories on GPU infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in Kubernetes internals, including architectural patterns, networking, and storage • Strong programming skills in Go • Ability to translate Kubernetes knowledge into clean, efficient Go code • Active GitHub projects, experiments, or open-source contributions demonstrating a passion for building • Highly technical and self-driven; able to identify and solve problems autonomously • Experience working in a high-growth environment • Comfortable with ambiguity and eager to make an impact • Bonus: Contributions to the Kubernetes project, including documentation updates, pull requests, or participation in SIGs • Bonus: Experience at an early-stage organization with autonomous work
