• Build the HR structure in your region (North or South) — together with the recruiting team and the future HR Business Partner • Advise operations in your region on all HR-related matters across the employee lifecycle (recruiting, learning & development, labor law, offboarding, etc.) • Regularly visit sites in your region — actively connect teams, identify staffing needs early, and ensure important issues are escalated to HR promptly • Identify regional HR needs and coordinate closely with the HR Business Partner • Shape modern HR practices: adapt and develop the Dutch HR processes for the German market • Contribute to strategic HR initiatives and pilot projects (e.g., talent development, digitalization, employer branding) • Ensure legally compliant implementation of labor law requirements in your region • Results-driven & proactive: you drive topics independently and contribute ideas to build and improve structures • Produce HR analyses, prepare decision materials, and provide professional HR support to management in your region
• Several years of HR experience — ideally as an HR Business Partner, HR Specialist/Advisor, or in a comparable HR role • Initial leadership experience or strong potential and motivation to grow into a leadership role • Solid knowledge of personnel management and labor law • Hands-on mentality: you want to build something rather than work in a rigid corporate environment • Independent thinker & sense of ownership: you understand your role, make decisions, and represent your region • Results-driven & structured — you follow tasks through to completion and keep processes on track • Excellent communication skills, positive demeanor, and enjoyment in working with people • English language skills required; Dutch is optional
