📋 Description

• Analyze business requirements, create integration solutions based on the requirements • Prepare functional/non-functional documents for the solution • Document technical solution in Confluence using standard templates and UML diagrams • Evaluate current systems and processes and recommend process improvements • Collaborate with business partners, program managers and cross-functional teams • Collaborate with development team on technical implementation, provide necessary guidance to QA team during testing phase • Conduct regular status update meetings with stakeholders • Take ownership of backlog building and grooming process • Establish relationship with business partners, working with them to deliver better value to the business

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a System Analyst or in similar position in a team responsible for building integrations solutions • 2+ years of experience with MuleSoft • Degree in computer science, information systems, or experience in relevant field • Thorough understanding of RESTful and SOAP web services • Proven experience working with MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform (Design Center, Exchange) to develop mocking services and integrations • Knowledge of HTTP Protocol • Experience working with SQL queries and analyzing the data sets • Knowledge of UML and experience with algorithms, component diagrams, sequence diagrams • Experience working with tools like Postman/SoapUI for API testing • Ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, documentation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent documentation skills • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently • Knowledge of common end-to-end business processes
