📋 Description

• Serve as the HR resource for teams in Spain, the UK, and other European countries, providing support and guidance • Drive operational excellence owning the entire employee lifecycle, from preparing offer letters and employment agreements to managing employee changes and offboarding • Ensure an outstanding employee experience and identify opportunities to optimize Veeva processes • Work closely with internal payroll team to ensure correct data is transferred to external payroll providers • Own HRIS (Workday) data quality and contribute to global HR processes and standards • Support HR initiatives to enhance onboarding and other areas of the employee journey • Execute critical HR processes and proactively drive best practices and innovation

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience as an HR coordinator or generalist • Solid understanding of European employment practices • Exceptional communicator with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to use data to measure impact • Proactive, results-oriented self-starter • Fluent in English and Spanish • Italian is a plus
