📋 Description

• Work within a defined territory to generate and qualify new leads and opportunities • Research and develop a plan for breaking into assigned accounts • Partner closely with a sales team and account executives to advance and close opportunities • Build trusted relationships with prospective customers; understand needs and recommend Veeva products and solutions • Generate sales demand and pipeline revenue through inbound and outbound prospecting (SDR responsibilities) • Continue prospecting as an Associate Account Partner and learn consultative sales by owning accounts and executing the full deal cycle from lead to renewal • Rapidly develop sales skills on the job and through training, events, coaching, and mentoring • Align to a sales team and sales manager and support territory development • Travel as required (~25%)

🎯 Requirements

• 4 years of professional experience in sales, consulting or within a pharma company (part time or Internship considered) • Full business language capacity in English and German • BA, BS or Master Degree in business administration, engineering or sciences with proof of solid academic performance • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly • Self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative • Highly organized; ability to manage time and multiple priorities effectively • Team player; able to take accountability and direction • Resilience to rejection • Willingness to travel as needed (~25%) • Legally authorized to be employed in DACH without limitations or restrictions • Must be based in DACH (Germany/Austria/Switzerland)
