📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain technical training curriculum for SaaS product users, including developers, system administrators, and other technical learner personas • Partner with product, engineering, and customer success teams to understand product functionality and translate it into effective learning experiences • Develop hands-on exercises, labs, and simulations to reinforce learning • Create scalable learning solutions: eLearning modules, instructor-led sessions, and blended learning experiences • Evaluate and iterate on training effectiveness using feedback, metrics, and learner assessments • Ensure technical accuracy and alignment with Veeva’s product vision

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing technical curriculum or enablement programs for software/SaaS users • Experience working in one or more applicable technology areas: relational databases, business intelligence tools, systems administration, data migration, SaaS systems implementation, software development • Hands-on experience creating practical exercises, labs, or simulations for technical users • Expertise using a variety of tools to create and publish interactive courseware (such as Articulate 360, TechSmith Camtasia, WellSaid, and learning management systems) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical audiences.
