📋 Description

• Installing and commissioning Videojet equipment at customer sites • Performing maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting on installed equipment • Supporting product demonstrations and trials alongside the sales team • Building strong customer relationships through excellent service and technical support • Identifying improvement opportunities or service needs during customer visits • Managing service cases from diagnosis through resolution with a strong sense of ownership

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in field service or technical service roles within an electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical engineering environment • Strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills in industrial or production environments • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory • Ability to work independently while managing multiple service tasks and customer needs • Experience with industrial coding and marking technologies (CIJ, laser coding, labeling, or similar systems) would be advantageous but is not essential.
