📋 Description

• Support the annual budget process and rolling forecasts across all entities. • Prepare monthly and quarterly budget-vs-actual analyses with clear driver-based commentary. • Build and maintain models supporting M&A evaluation and capital planning. • Assist with liquidity forecasting, covenant calculations, and debt compliance deliverables. • Track key operating metrics for a fiber business and translate them into actionable insight. • Partner with accounting on the monthly close, ensuring actuals are accurately mapped to the budget and forecast structure. • Build and improve finance processes, systems, and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. • 2–5 years of progressive corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, or transaction advisory experience. • Strong financial modeling skills, including three-statement modeling and driver-based forecasting. • Exposure to telecom, fiber, or other capital-intensive infrastructure businesses is a strong plus. • Advanced Excel and analytical skills, with sharp attention to detail. • Experience with AI tools is a plus. • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to present analysis to senior leadership, lenders, and auditors. • Self-starter who thrives with ownership and ambiguity in a mid-sized, fast-growing company.
