• Lead the end-to-end delivery of delegate management and ticketing services for assigned events and accounts. • Own the client relationship for assigned accounts, acting as the primary day-to-day point of contact and providing expert advice on best practice in delegate and data management. • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across Dataflow, JET, and client organisations at project and operational level. • Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks, escalating where appropriate to ensure delivery on time, in scope, and to client expectations. • Coordinate with professional services, development, sales, support, and finance teams to deliver against project commitments. • Ensure compliance with GDPR, data security, and industry best practice across all assigned projects and accounts. • Act as a subject matter expert for Dataflow delegate management and ticketing solutions on assigned projects. • Provide informal training, guidance, and mentorship to JET project managers, enabling them to support and deliver Dataflow products effectively.
• Proven experience as a project manager within delegate management, ticketing, or event technology, with a track record of leading projects and owning client accounts. • Strong client relationship management skills and experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects. • Skilled in project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent). • Knowledge of data management, GDPR compliance, reporting tools, and event technology (e.g., registration systems, badge printing, NFC/RFID, lead retrieval). • Commercial awareness, including an understanding of project margin and revenue recognition, is desirable. • Strong problem-solving ability with a calm and proactive approach under pressure. • Comfortable in a hybrid role (office, home, onsite), with flexibility for occasional travel and weekend work.
