📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end revenue operations from estimate to cash • Generate project-based invoices and progress billings • Reconcile discrepancies, track receivables, and ensure timely collections across active job sites • Review invoice accuracy against signed contracts, insurance estimates, and supplemental approvals • Resolve discrepancies with project managers, sales representatives, or insurance adjusters • Respond to homeowner, commercial client, and insurance carrier questions about billing and payments • Own collections and follow up as needed • Collaborate with the accounting team on revenue reporting and job costing • Review project-level financial summaries • Optimize QuickBooks Online, JobNimbus, or similar field-service platforms • Lead process improvement and automation projects for roofing workflows • Communicate with clients, insurers, and subcontractors regarding billing, invoices, payment statuses, and supplement documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting experience in U.S.-based companies, focused on Accounts Receivable and Revenue Operations • Construction, roofing, or field services experience is a major plus • Experience managing the full billing cycle in project-based or job-costed environments • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online • Familiarity with JobNimbus, AccuLynx, CompanyCam, or similar platforms highly preferred • Understanding of insurance estimates, supplement processes, and payment structures • Xactimate familiarity is a plus • Strong problem-solving skills for reconciling discrepancies • Experience with process improvements and automation in fast-growing, trade-based businesses • Experience with Slack, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Ramp, Brex, Bill.com, or ClickUp is a bonus • Professional fluency in English • Excellent communication skills for explaining financial details to non-finance stakeholders • Proactive, detail-oriented self-starter with high integrity, ownership, and coachability • Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a remote environment • General awareness of AI and automation tools in construction finance is a plus • Must be currently based in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe
