📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end revenue operations from generating quotes and invoices through reconciling discrepancies, tracking receivables, and ensuring timely collections • Review invoice accuracy against order forms • Resolve discrepancies with sales or customers • Respond to customer and sales questions about invoicing • Take ownership of collections and push back when needed • Support accurate revenue reporting by collaborating with the accounting team • Review SQL query outputs • Optimize QuickBooks Online and Stripe • Lead upgrades, automation projects, and process improvements • Communicate with clients regarding billing, invoices, and payment statuses

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of accounting experience in U.S.-based companies, with a strong focus on Accounts Receivable and Revenue Operations • Proven experience managing the full revenue cycle (quote-to-cash) • Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Stripe • Ability to review SQL outputs for accuracy • Strong problem-solving skills to reconcile discrepancies and push back when necessary with customers or sales • Experience with process improvements, system upgrades, and automation projects • Familiarity with startup accounting practices • Ability to adapt to evolving priorities • Bonus experience with Slack, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Mercury, Chase, Ramp, Brex, Bill.com, or ClickUp • Professional fluency in English • Excellent communication skills • Proactive, detail-oriented self-starter with high integrity, ownership, and coachability • Ability to work independently or collaboratively • General awareness of how AI is being applied in accounting and operations is a plus
