📋 Description

• Lead development and implementation of a comprehensive quality improvement program for the 988 Lifeline Network • Coordinate quality improvement efforts to meet funder expectations and organizational objectives • Lead implementation of AI-powered quality improvement processes • Sustain and enhance quality improvement across voice calls, chat, text, and video-phone services • Oversee redesign and ongoing development of the Quality Monitoring Measure/Form • Prepare and submit quality improvement and outcomes reports to funders and stakeholders, including SAMHSA and Vibrant • Assess 988 network center performance, analyze data, address issues, and develop improvement strategies • Lead meetings focused on program outcomes, deliverables, and KPIs • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure crisis centers meet operational, clinical, and compliance standards • Investigate issues and non-compliance incidents • Lead discussions with funders, senior leadership, and executive leadership • Manage direct reports and oversee staff development and performance management • Share best practices with network members and cooperate with co-managers • Create and implement work plans and objectives, monitor results, and develop contingency plans

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in English, both written and oral • Experience in statistical analysis and measure/tool design, including inter-rater reliability and validity • Proficiency in AI-powered solutions for quality improvement initiatives • Understanding of machine learning applications in healthcare • Change management for technology adoption • Knowledge of ethical AI practices in quality improvement • Project development, management, and implementation experience • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite • Basic knowledge of contact center data and analytics • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation • Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies, tools, and techniques • Bachelor's degree in mental health/suicide prevention, healthcare administration, or a related field • 3-5 years of experience in clinical quality improvement • Knowledge of regulatory requirements including HIPAA, clinical training requirements for crisis intervention, confidentiality, and privacy • Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and customer-service skills
