📋 Description

• Maintain a visible, approachable safety presence in the field and build trust with crews and supervisors. • Conduct routine inspections and observations, and identify and report hazards. • Keep clean, consistent records in SiteDocs. • Support incident investigations and corrective-action follow-up. • Participate in the development of safe work procedures. • Facilitate weekly safety meetings and the monthly Joint Health & Safety Committee. • Learn Victor Energy's standards and client requirements, and grow toward working independently.

🎯 Requirements

• NCSO or OHS certificate or safety diploma (completed or in progress). • Standard First Aid / CPR. • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sites. • Comfortable with long field days in outdoor construction conditions. • Reliable, coachable, detail-oriented, and genuinely safety-first. • Exposure to construction, utility, or high-voltage transmission environments. • Familiarity with SiteDocs, BisTrainer, or contractor-compliance platforms (ISNetworld, Avetta, ComplyWorks). • Progress toward CRST, or similar certification.
