📋 Description

• Build and continuously improve onboarding from offer acceptance through ramp • Create and maintain an employee hub for information and resources • Build core People policies, documentation, and operating infrastructure • Identify gaps across the employee lifecycle and determine what to build, improve, or remove • Use AI and automation to simplify People programs • Create self-service tools and resources to reduce People administration • Monitor employee signals and identify issues early • Partner with the VP of People on programs and experiments • Own execution and turn ideas into usable solutions • Assess current onboarding and People infrastructure during the first 30 days • Launch a V1 onboarding experience by 60 days • Build a central People hub and prioritize future infrastructure by 90 days

🎯 Requirements

• Strong systems-thinking ability; identify underlying problems before building solutions • Active, demonstrable use of AI and automation • Ability to build People processes from scratch using first principles • Ability to operate independently and drive work without detailed instructions • Strong product instincts; design intuitive, useful employee experiences • Ability to simplify processes and experiment rapidly • Passion for innovation in the people space • Relevant People exposure; previous People Operations experience is ideal but not required • Authorization to work in the United States; E-Verify participation • Willingness to work in Boston or remotely
