📋 Description

• Infrastructure Design: Build a high-availability Proxmox environment using Ceph/ZFS for persistent storage and OVS/Linux Bridges for networking. • OpenShift Orchestration: Perform the end-to-end installation and lifecycle management of OpenShift (UPI/IPI) on the Proxmox hypervisor. • Hardened Security: Implement IGT-compliant security standards using OpenShift Service Mesh (mTLS), RBAC, and the Compliance Operator. • Storage & Integration: Configure CSI drivers to provide automated, dynamic volumes (replacing AWS EBS) and integrate with Keycloak/AD. • Project Leadership: Act as the technical anchor

🎯 Requirements

• OpenShift Expert: Deep experience with OCP administration and cluster hardening. • Proxmox Specialist: Proficiency in KVM/QEMU, Ceph storage engineering, and Proxmox APIs. • Automation Architect: Advanced Terraform and Ansible skills for "Infrastructure as Code" on local hardware. • Network Engineer: Strong grasp of SDN, VLAN tagging, and load balancing in a data center environment.
