📋 Description

• Achieve and surpass quarterly and annual sales goals by managing a portfolio of existing accounts and acquiring new clients • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with accounts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and brand loyalty • Execute business plans within defined territory with tailored solutions based on client goals and pain points • Identify and maximize sales opportunities through up-selling and cross-selling • Maintain an active sales pipeline and pursue new business opportunities within the territory • Develop territory-specific strategies to increase market share and brand presence • Create efficient territory routing plan to meet all clients in-person per Vivier’s call frequency expectations • Maintain thorough understanding of Vivier’s products and conduct product training sessions and educational seminars • Coordinate and participate in client events and host client dinners • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust strategies • Collaborate with regional and national team members to drive product portfolio and brand growth • Attend conventions, seminars, and events (may fall outside regular working hours) • Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations, company policies and ethical standards • Provide regular reports on sales forecasting, market conditions and competitor analysis to Regional Sales Manager • Record sales activities and maintain customer information in company CRM • Complete and submit expense reports on time and attend scheduled sales and marketing meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Completion of post secondary education, preferably a university degree with business or science focus • Minimum three (3) years of previous B2B sales experience, preferably in the medical aesthetics, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry • Strong understanding of skincare or dermatology market is a plus • Sales oriented, well organized, self-motivated individual • Results-oriented attitude with a focus on driving growth • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills • Understanding of how to handle and resolve client concerns professionally • Ability to learn and be coached in a performance-focused and fast-paced environment • Proactive, self-driven, and disciplined to work independently • Ability to navigate a CRM system and other sales tools effectively • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook • English language proficiency is required for this job • Must live in the Halifax area (candidate must live in Halifax, Nova Scotia) • Personal automobile required • Ability to travel overnight ~30% of the time
