📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day government program compliance activities for federal and state funding programs and grants • Drive program implementation and compliance excellence by streamlining filings and reports • Act as the internal point of contact for program management and guide teams on program rules • Review and document compliance requirements for grants and programs, including applications, agreements, and regulations • Conduct account and project billing/invoicing reviews • Prepare reimbursement filings with supporting documentation and respond to government requests • Maintain knowledge of telecommunications service offerings, service footprints, targeted customers, ETC and ILEC areas, and funding programs • Track program requirements and deadlines and provide progress updates to stakeholders • Lead documentation gathering for federal program audits • Oversee compliance objectives for broadband network expansion and ensure timely, accurate filings • Analyze data and prepare high-level Excel reports, including pivot tables and lookups • Perform other duties as requested

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience • Associate’s Degree • Experience in federal USF program compliance within the telecommunications industry, including High Cost, E-Rate, RHC, or Lifeline, and/or broadband grant programs and requirements • Experience working across functional groups including legal, accounting, engineering, and construction • Experience working with legal documents and reading laws and regulations • Experience preparing and presenting executive summaries for approval • Experience setting and meeting schedules and deadlines • Experience working in the telecommunications industry • Experience managing E-Rate compliance for a service provider • Ability to analyze data and prepare high-level Excel reports using pivot tables and lookups • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills • Eastern Time or Central Time preferred
