📋 Description

• Manage pharmaceutical program(s) according to the scope of work, procedures, and contracted budget • Serve as primary client contact, managing relationships and building rapport • Manage day-to-day program operations and supervise assigned staff • Drive team and team-member performance responsibilities • Monitor and report program statistics and performance metrics • Escalate issues that could jeopardize contracted standards • Coordinate schedules and prioritize program activities • Collaborate cross-functionally on operational responsibilities • Contribute to client reports and other deliverables • Present program data, information, and insights to internal and external customers • Participate in process and performance improvement initiatives • Mobilize stakeholders for program design, improvements, and changes • Attend related meetings and conferences as required • Participate in interviewing, evaluating, and training employees • Provide verbal and written performance feedback to team members • Ensure training deadlines and corporate confidential-data policies are followed • Ensure consistent adherence to SOPs • Assist with requirements identification, specifications development, and User Acceptance Testing as needed • Complete additional assigned tasks or projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent work experience • 4–6 years of experience in Reimbursement, Pharmaceutical Marketing, or Patient Services • Experience managing Case Managers, Patient Service Representatives, or similar staff • Experience reporting HUB metrics and communicating trends to clients • Demonstrated successful leadership experience • Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Internet experience • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong technical aptitude and experience with various CRM software platforms • Ability to type at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy preferred • Flexibility to travel as needed preferred • Successful completion of a background check and, depending on the position, a drug screen
