📋 Description

• Validate, design, and plan restricted and non-restricted customer solutions over the Vodafone network • Perform access planning tasks • Manage a workstack of complex tasks across multiple systems • Build services defined by the product portfolio • Bridge Sales and Delivery by processing accurate services according to agreed customer designs • Create and place accurate orders with suppliers • Balance operational performance with proactive continuous improvement • Collaborate with the wider access function and stakeholders on future ways of working • Support key customer projects • Perform escalation root cause analysis • Apply technical, customer, and business perspectives to decisions • Follow processes and guidance for ambiguous, high-profile, or high-impact problems and projects • Represent the technical area, discipline, or product in discussions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a telecommunications environment • Clear understanding of technologies used to deliver customer solutions • Proven ability to use Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills • SC clearance or eligibility is mandatory • Ability and willingness to undergo and obtain Secure Vetting (SC) clearance • Experience on order and inventory applications such as Amdocs, Cramer, or MORI is advantageous • Subject to criminal (DBS) and financial background checks
