📋 Description

• Coordinate the management of a strategic portfolio which includes multiple related programs and projects directed toward an enterprise pillar • Partners with business leaders at all levels to envision, define, and initiate programs • Provides direction and guidance to program and project managers to monitor cost, schedule, and technical performance of component projects and operations • Captures the portfolio impact and value creation against strategic objectives • Leads the creation and delivery of the business and supporting capabilities necessary to reach the goals of multiple programs and projects • Manages risks and resolves issues requiring senior-level attention • Communicates information and recommends criteria for governance actions and decisions • Develops and improves portfolio and program processes • Acts as an advisor and provides leadership for the program management team • Develops budget, financial projections and forecasted ROI for the program

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience • Minimum 8 years of experience in project management/program management, leading large and complex projects • Minimum 8 years of experience with various project management methodologies, standard concepts, practices, procedures, tools, and/or software packages within a structured PMO environment • Proven ability to navigate complex situations through the organizational landscape and with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the enterprise • Strong leadership skills to coordinate and motivate program and project teams • Adept at financial management to administer budgets across multiple projects and ensure the program meets its requirements for return on investment, timing, and budget • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and analytical skills • Strong business aptitude and problem-solving skills
