📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for AE, sales engineer, regional sales, channel/partner, and other quota-carrying roles • Build strong pipelines using advanced sourcing, market research, passive outreach, and industry networking • Proactive talent sourcing of advanced managed services, cloud and application solutions acumen (i.e U.C.A.S.S., Advanced Network Security, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity) • Partner with Sales & Revenue leadership to align on hiring needs, compensation structures, and success profiles • Conduct structured interviews and assess KPIs, quota history, methodologies, and cultural fit • Maintain ATS/CRM accuracy, track key recruiting metrics, and ensure compliance • Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and a best-in-class candidate/hiring manager experience

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, with 3+ years specializing in sales roles (telecom, SaaS, or tech preferred) • Strong understanding of sales cycles, KPIs, quotas, and revenue drivers • Expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR) and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter • Proven ability to source passive talent and influence hiring decisions through data and market insights • Experience recruiting in broadband, fiber, wireless, cable, ISP, or related B2B sectors is a plus
