📋 Description

• Lead a team of engineers with full ownership of feature delivery and use AI solutions to remove impactful friction for engineers and product managers • Define product goals, metrics, and roadmaps based on user needs and mission impact • Drive user research within engineering and product teams • Write design documents and facilitate async decision-making • Communicate context, priorities, and decisions to ensure team alignment • Adjust priorities based on feedback, experiments, and new learnings • Solve problems through product features, operations tooling, or process changes • Own developer experience holistically, including internal and external tooling • Research and implement AI solutions to remove engineering and development friction • Build prototypes to test ideas • Gather user feedback and analyze data to understand engineers’ and product managers’ needs • Prioritize productivity blockers and their impact on secure, rapid user value delivery • Directly manage the DevEx team and support their career growth, partnering with the Tech Lead on the technical bar

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience and hands-on engineering background (you’ve shipped production code) or direct PM ownership of a developer experience, or developer productivity function • Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle, such as user research, design, implementation and evaluation • Fluent English • Bonus: proven experience successfully rolling out AI-based solutions in a larger organization • Bonus: professional experience in a consumer fintech company • Resume in English and a cover letter describing your interest in Wave and the role
