• Serve as the HR reference contact for teams: support employees and managers on a day-to-day basis with a close, trust-based relationship and advise them on existing HR programs (training, career and salary development, parental support, diversity, internal mobility...) • Manage key HR processes: annual review campaigns, salary policy, talent reviews, training, and management of risk situations (e.g., psychosocial risk situations) • Produce and analyze HR reports to inform strategic thinking and propose concrete actions • Lead high-impact HR projects within your scope and/or across the firm (national and international): onboarding, HR communications, career development, HRIS... • Contribute to talent retention and development.
• Final-year student at a business school or university • Proven adaptability and organizational skills across diverse environments • Strong interpersonal skills, able to listen and build relationships easily with all stakeholders • Ability to take a step back and apply structured thinking and communication • Result-oriented, proactive, and a strong team spirit • Good spoken and written English (minimum B2)
