📋 Description

• Support international insurers in implementing transformation and digitalization programs • Analyze end-to-end insurance processes and current IT landscapes to identify improvement opportunities • Contribute to the development and modernization of core insurance processes and oversee their technical and business implementation • Design solutions at the business–IT interface and ensure clear translation of requirements into actionable concepts • Actively participate in automation and AI initiatives to improve efficiency and decision quality in insurance processes • Take responsibility for work packages or sub-projects and collaborate closely with international project teams and clients

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in insurance consulting or in transformation projects within the insurance industry • Understanding of key insurance processes such as Claims, Underwriting, and Policy Administration • Experience in analyzing processes and IT landscapes in complex organizational structures • Interest in digital transformation, automation, and applying AI to business processes • Ability to work with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams • Willingness to work on diverse project assignments with on-site client engagement • Excellent German and English language skills
