📋 Description

• Own the marketing function, including demand generation, market positioning, product marketing, brand and communications, agency partnerships and budget management • Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and lead a marketing team • Own programs that produce marketing-sourced pipeline • Form and defend market and positioning strategy, including buying behavior, pricing models and category definition, working with Sales leadership • Own product positioning, launches and enablement across the product line, partnering with Product • Own the brand, core messaging and marketing communications, including agency and PR relationships • Lead and develop a team across product marketing, growth, brand and marketing operations • Build an AI-enabled marketing operating model using AI agents in strategy, campaign execution and iteration • Establish a marketing-led customer community, including user groups and focus groups, to produce product input and references

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment • Demonstrated ownership of demand generation • People management of a multi-function marketing team • Fluency with AI as an operating capability • Preferred: Product marketing depth across launch and enablement • Preferred: Commerce intelligence, retail media, martech or adtech experience • Preferred: Institutional investor and board-level presentation experience • Preferred: A category creation or thought-leadership track record • Preferred: MBA or advanced degree
