• Preferred but not required - completed Bachelor's degree in Business , Marketing, Psychology, HR or a related field • 5+ years' experience in business development within the staffing and recruiting industry • Proven record of sales growth in staffing industry • Current portfolio or strong relationships with leadership and hiring managers • Demonstrated success in establishing and nurturing client relationships, resulting in increased profitability year over year • Exceptional communication ( listening, verbal , and written) , negotiation, presentation , and organizational skills • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a strong work ethic • Prioritizes strong customer service skills • Entrepreneurial mindset with internal drive and high sense of urgency to achieve success • Ability to work through adversity and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • A bility to identify and capitalize on market opportunities • Proficiency in ATS/CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
