📋 Description

• Shape the future of WD-40’s ERP ecosystem, designing scalable and secure architecture • Serve as the bridge between business vision and technical execution • Lead end-to-end architectural planning, including data flow and integrations • Collaborate actively with implementation specialists and business process leads • Guide integration of third-party ISVs • Provide technical leadership during implementation, including code reviews • Stay ahead of industry trends and manage platform upgrades • Serve as the highest-level escalation point for complex technical issues • Champion best practices in system performance, security, and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in ERP architecture, design, development, and optimization • 5+ years of hands-on architecture experience specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O • Solid understanding of multi-system data flows in complex, global environments • Proven success translating business requirements into technical strategies • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications • Enterprise Architecture certifications (preferred) • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills across multiple countries and cultures • Analytical problem-solver who digs into complexity and evaluates trade-offs rigorously • Demonstrated ability to work across cultural boundaries
