📋 Description

• The opportunity • We’re looking for 2 Product Managers to join our team, to own and drive key parts of our mission. • The Product team defines and delivers customer focused propositions for Wealth Wizards and their clients, balancing customer needs, commercial goals with regulatory requirements. • We use data and insight to prioritise, iterate, and improve - working cross functionally to create digital or hybrid journeys that build customer understanding, confidence, and action. • As a Product Manager, you will co-lead one of our cross-functional development teams (either for our Property Wealth or Connected Help Proposition) and will be responsible for your product and implementation of the overall product vision and strategy. • Both roles share a mission of helping customers make better financial decisions for their retirement, delivering on our mission of making financial advice and guidance more accessible and affordable.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Product Manager/Owner role • A passion for the customer • Ability to innovate or to lead activities that drive innovation • A collaborative approach to your work • Passion for quality - exception attention to detail • Highly independent and pragmatic - always makes conscious decisions • Understand and evangelise about the value proposition and the needs of target customers. • Demonstrate Wealth Wizards core values (PEARH) and behaviours • Knowledge of user experience design techniques and up-to-date with modern product management best practice
