📋 Description

• Solve legal problems across a broad spectrum of practice areas in a limited scope representation capacity. • Draft and review a variety of legal documents. • Consult with clients via telephone. • Research legal matters. • Provide superior client service and advice. • No courtroom appearances required.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. and licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania. • At least 2 years of practical, general legal experience. • Prior experience in litigation, including auto accidents, personal injury, and medical malpractice. • Ability to work remotely during standard business hours. • Proficient user of Microsoft Suite and practice-related software. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to focus on accuracy, details and meeting deadlines and service goals.
