• You’re extremely competent on calls. • You are HUNGRY and willing to do whatever it takes to achieve the goal, including late nights or weekends where needed. • You don’t wait to be told what to do. You take action. • If you have a no-show, you use that time to find more deals. • You know how to sell to eCom founders because you understand their world (marketing, Meta ads, CAC, ROAS, UGC, retention, scale problems, etc). • You’ve sold high-ticket marketing services to eCommerce/DTC brands before (agency, SaaS, consulting, or similar). • You’re coachable and want to be the best.
