• Conduct 90-Day Fulfillment & Performance Check-Ins including weekly check-in calls for first 12 weeks • Gather feedback and success stories from clients • Conduct Hand-Off Calls, VA Catch-Ups, and Graduation Calls (grow-into-area) • Arrange and coordinate calendars, hand-off calls, and 90-day onboarding check-ins • Prepare customized onboarding materials and summaries for hand-off calls • Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders • Maintain ClickUp & Slack records and run monthly 90-Day Accounts Meetings; upload Zoom recordings • Serve as primary onboarding contact for clients and OPs; coordinate with internal teams and use Slack, Email, and WhatsApp as needed
• Availability 10am-7pm PST • Professional setup: clean background, good camera, good microphone, strong wifi • Must-have tech: Google Calendar, Gmail, Zoom, Slack, AI Software (AI Notetaker highly preferred), ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini • Nice-to-have: ATS Breezy (highly preferred), ClickUp (highly preferred), Fireflies, Fathom • Ability to manage scheduling, run meetings, take notes, track action items, and maintain ClickUp and Slack records • Business casual attire when in meetings
