📋 Description

• Drive implementation and maintenance of Webflow’s build system, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance • Oversee configuration and management of multiple development environments, ensuring consistency across teams • Define and enforce development processes and best practices to improve efficiency and quality across the software development lifecycle • Spearhead deployment strategy for production environments, implementing rollback mechanisms and monitoring solutions • Mentor junior members of the DevOps team and foster growth in DevOps principles and technologies • Collaborate with software engineering teams to optimize application performance and resource utilization in production • Stay current with emerging DevOps trends and evaluate/implement new tools to enhance the development workflow • Participate in engineering citizenship activities (co-author engineering blogs, improve hiring processes, lead internal hackathon teams)

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of deploying and managing large-scale Node.js applications in production using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS • Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures and best practices for building resilient, scalable, and secure applications on AWS • Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines for Node.js projects, integrating automated testing and deployment • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and implement solutions meeting business requirements • Experience thriving in fast-paced environments and driving continuous improvement in development and deployment workflows • Passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge with team members • Proactive mindset focused on optimizing processes, system reliability, and development lifecycle efficiency • Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Pulumi • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Curiosity and openness to building fluency in emerging technologies like AI
