📋 Description

• Own outcomes for assigned product areas within Webgility Online • Work directly with engineering teams to scope, prioritize, and ship product solutions • Conduct customer discovery calls, review support and ticket signals, and validate solutions before and after launch • Write specifications and PRDs • Prioritize using data such as churn risk, customer pain severity, and support volume • Track outcomes post-launch • Partner with retention, support, and engineering stakeholders to connect customer pain with shipped fixes • Identify problems, scope and ship solutions, and drive initiatives to completion autonomously

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of total professional experience, including at least 3 years in a dedicated Product Management role • Experience owning product outcomes, measured by customer/business impact rather than ticket throughput • Experience building and shipping customer-facing software products; B2B or B2C acceptable • Strong preference for experience with accounting-related products, including bookkeeping, financial close/reconciliation, ERP-accounting integrations, or QuickBooks/Xero-adjacent tools • Moderate preference for experience with ecommerce, integrations/middleware, or fintech products • Proven ability to drive tactical execution independently with high agency • Experience working directly with engineering and customers through discovery, feedback loops, and validation • Track record of completing initiatives with minimal hand-holding or oversight • Strong grounding in problem discovery, prioritization frameworks, writing specs/PRDs, roadmap planning, data-informed decision-making, and stakeholder management • Not limited to internal product-owner or project-management functions without genuine ownership of product outcomes
