📋 Description
• Expert in all aspects and configurations for enhancements and projects related to Webster Bank's Encompass Loan Origination System • Support operational systems and deal with production issues along with driving root cause analysis • Knowledgeable in all aspects of the software development lifecycle • Collaborator with IT and Business teams emphasizing timely and accurate communications • Follow best practices, and release control process • Participate in requirements analysis for small to medium projects • Supports design, build and test planning phases for small and medium scope enhancements and projects
🎯 Requirements
• 5-7 years of advanced Encompass configuration and administration experience required • Certified Encompass Administrator upon hire required • Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in a directly related field or equivalent required
