📋 Description

• Own product vision, discovery and delivery across Wellio’s platform and content • Discover customer needs by observing teachers use Wellio in classrooms • Run discovery calls and explore markets such as primary schools and Indonesia • Define how schools will use the first Wellbeing Management System • Distil best practice and show how the platform and content work at scale • Write pitches for lessons, features and product lines • Collaborate with engineering, design and content to shape deliverable and usable work • Run betting tables to select the next eight weeks of platform and content work • Keep projects within their appetite and control scope • Maintain quality standards and prevent mediocre work from shipping • Evaluate launched work using interviews, data and usage • Iterate based on post-launch findings • Shape product messaging for sales and marketing • Ship product features with AI, with engineering review

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in product management • Experience helping scale B2B SaaS products • Excellent product discovery skills • Ability to identify customer opportunities and problems early • Ability to understand customer pain and develop effective solutions • Strong knowledge of content, design and engineering • Ability to write a lesson, mock up a flow in Figma, or build a simple Rails feature • Ability to turn problems into pitches, prototypes and shipped changes • Outcome-focused approach • Experience shipping with AI every day • Based in Europe • Comfortable working asynchronously with teams in Australia • Comfortable with a few early calls each week • Willingness to travel a couple of times a year
