📋 Description

• Manage fuel accounts and sales for customers in the Americas • Manage relationships with PWR and BWR fuel customers in fuel and component-related matters • Lead the sales process using conceptual selling and win-win business approaches • Monitor forecasting accuracy, Orders Entered (OE), Sales, EBITDA and Margin as Sold (MAS) • Serve as the voice of the customer inside Westinghouse and main customer interface • Understand customer needs, identify business opportunities, and provide input for business planning • Maintain short- and long-term customer opportunities in D365 • Manage partnerships and maintain productive relationships • Collaborate with Fuel Solutions Managers to identify products and core/fuel engineering solutions • Develop customer account plans for fuel manufacturing, core/fuel engineering and control rod blades • Develop opportunity-specific capture plans • Set target price/value price and target cost • Steer the offer process and value proposition

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical discipline • 7+ years of experience in sales, business, engineering or operations with increasing progression, complexity and levels • Experience with financials in general, including the relationship of sales, margin and Orders Entered (OE) • Experience generating financial plans and positively affecting margin/EBITDA
