📋 Description

• Own and evolve Ting's brand strategy, positioning, and messaging • Define and protect our brand identity, voice, and visual standards across all touchpoints • Lead competitive positioning and differentiation in InsurTech and connected home • Partner with Growth and Partner Marketing to keep brand consistent while enabling channel-specific execution • Lead development of strategic decks and materials for executive, investor, and partner audiences • Partner with Product to turn the roadmap into compelling customer-facing narratives • Own product positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategy for Ting • Lead product marketing launches, feature announcements, and supporting campaigns • Own the Ting website and partner with Product on the mobile app experience, including messaging, structure, and conversion • Drive continuous improvement through testing and iteration • Lead creative strategy and oversee execution across brand, performance, and partner channels • Own content strategy across owned channels: blog, social, email, and educational content • Manage agency partnerships with clear briefs, accountability, and performance standards

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, or integrated marketing leadership • A track record of building and evolving brand strategy for consumer or B2B2C products • Experience leading product marketing, including positioning, launches, and competitive strategy • Strong creative judgment with experience directing agencies and internal creative teams • Experience owning website and mobile app strategy and optimizing digital experiences • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience managing PR agencies and earned media strategy • A history of leading and developing high-performing teams • Comfort working in fast-paced environments where things aren't always perfectly defined • Experience in IoT, InsurTech, connected devices, or home services is a plus.
