📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for internal customers • Ensure technology solutions align with business needs and strategic goals • Design, document, test and leverage solutions • Interfaces with Business Stakeholders and IT infrastructure teams • Conducts interviews and requirements gathering workshops • Assists in testing, training plan development and training • Develops detailed business cases, ROI calculations, value definition, cost assessments, benefits and risk analyses • Coordinates project tasks and project life cycle phases

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA in a related discipline • 2-5 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and 2-4 years of experience in a related field • 3-5+ years proven experience as an IT BSA in the e-commerce domain • 3+ years proven experience implementing solutions spanning the IT domain • Strong knowledge of working with web applications • Proven ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects • Experience with Jira or ServiceNow • Understanding of system interfaces and documenting requirements • Experience in a distributed team environment
