📋 Description

• Support project planning and define clear milestones, timelines, and deliverables • Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure tasks progress according to plan • Maintain project plans, documentation, and delivery schedules • Work within Agile/Scrum processes and facilitate regular team ceremonies • Gather and clarify business requirements with stakeholders and team members • Translate business needs into clear, actionable development tasks • Support backlog management and prioritization • Coordinate collaboration between development, QA, design, analytics, and business teams • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders • Resolve blockers and dependencies affecting project delivery • Track project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery progress • Identify delays or bottlenecks and escalate when necessary • Coordinate and document scope changes • Monitor progress using Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools • Support timely, high-quality delivery of milestones and releases • Provide regular updates on progress, risks, blockers, and dependencies • Facilitate project meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and status meetings • Coordinate release planning, testing, validation, and post-release activities • Follow up on issues and maintain up-to-date project documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a product or technology-driven company • Good understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies • Experience working with cross-functional software development teams • Experience with requirements gathering, task clarification, and project documentation • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and escalate them when necessary • Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented approach • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the team and more senior stakeholders • Ability to work within Central European Time (CET) • Nice to have: experience working with distributed or remote teams • Nice to have: experience in FinTech, Payments, E-commerce, or SaaS projects • Nice to have: basic understanding of payment systems and financial products • Nice to have: technical background or good understanding of software development processes • Nice to have: Agile/Scrum or other project management certifications
