📋 Description

• Bring technical expertise to the people technology strategy and roadmap in partnership with the Senior Director • Provide technical leadership on implementation, integration, and optimization of Workday, Paradox, Extend, Culture Amp, and Crunchr • Act as the senior technical authority for Workday and connected platforms • Provide hands-on expertise, design guidance, and solutions to complex problems • Coach and mentor colleagues across the People Technology team and wider People Organization • Set technical standards and best practices and review solution designs and configurations • Partner with leaders across people, IT, and the business to translate technical possibilities into practical solutions • Identify and pilot opportunities in AI, automation, and emerging platforms • Support change management and adoption plans for implementations and releases • Share expertise through documentation, training, and knowledge sharing • Stay current on people technology trends, risks, and opportunities and advise senior stakeholders • Deliver cross-functional programs across the People Organization, IT, and business operations on time and within budget

🎯 Requirements

• Progressive experience in people technology • Track record of leading complex projects and influencing • Demonstrated success delivering people technology projects and implementations • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders • Strong working knowledge of Workday, people systems architecture, digital platforms, and workforce analytics • Experience coaching or mentoring colleagues and sharing technical knowledge across teams • Strong communication, influencing, and planning skills • Experience leading global people technology implementations and change initiatives • Track record of driving innovation, operational excellence, and measurable outcomes • Workday certified • Resume/CV must be attached when applying
