• Tender management: You identify, acquire and manage tenders from the initial identified need through to final submission. • Lead management: You qualify leads, stay close to potential customers and support them until they initiate a tender. • Process development: You professionalize the tender process, integrate AI tools and introduce structure, quality and speed. • Customer care: You manage 2–3 existing customers, identify needs early and guide them through the tender and decision-making process. • Network & partners: You maintain existing partner relationships, expand your network within the energy sector and generate tenders through your contacts.
• Energy sector expertise: You understand the structures of municipal utilities or energy suppliers and are familiar with their decision-making processes. • Tender experience: You have experience in tender or bid processes and are confident using tender platforms. • Structured & independent working: You are organized, able to prioritize and drive topics forward independently. • Assertiveness: You can persuade stakeholders internally and externally, keep them engaged in the process and actively move customers toward issuing tenders. • Communication & networking skills: You are extroverted, personable, build trust quickly and ideally already have contacts in the energy sector.
• Significant scope for shaping: You will build the tender process almost independently and help define our future structure. • Modern working methods: Use of AI tools, digital infrastructure and cross-product collaboration (ENER:GY, GY, nts.suite). • Flexible working: Remote work possible – ideally based in the Ulm region; approx. 2–3 travel days per month. • Team culture: Dynamic, open team with a true hands-on mentality and an "all-for-one" spirit.
