• Partnering with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs • Screening and shortlisting candidates • Conducting phone, virtual and in-person interviews • Providing timely and constructive interview feedback • Managing offer processes and negotiations • Advertising vacancies across a range of platforms • Proactively sourcing candidates, including headhunting • Providing market insight and recruitment advice to stakeholders • Managing candidate workflows through Workday • Working with external providers to ensure appropriate vetting and screening
• Previous recruitment experience (agency or in-house) • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy, changing workload • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders in a professional manner • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality • Experience recruiting for creative or technology roles would be a real advantage • Experience with Workday or a similar HRIS would be beneficial • Team player is key - we work together!
