📋 Description

• Identify, approach, assess and select leadership level candidates • Support Consultants and Leadership in generating and managing candidates • Conduct market mapping exercises, advisory services, and business development projects • Research organizations to keep database up-to-date • Prepare candidate lists using various research tools • Finalize job descriptions and engage in candidate communication • Participate in testing new search technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Fast and accurate research and administrative skills and experience • Ability to learn to use new software • Knowledge of databases, data and communicating the salient points of complex information • Demonstrable interest and broad knowledge of current affairs and geopolitical issues. • Excellent written and oral English language communication skills with keen attention to detail and the confidence to liaise with senior candidates and clients • Calm under pressure, with a good understanding of cultural diversity • Exemplary organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage conflicting deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment • Excellent project management skills with a ‘completer – finisher’ attitude • Ability to work within a small, close-knit team and respond quickly and efficiently to requests for support • Methodical and structured, with excellent attention to detail and quality • Able to prioritise across multiple assignments in multiple timezones • Able to work under pressure and handle changing priorities • Communicates effectively (written and verbal), with a confident phone manner • Comfortable with hard-work; tenacious, resilient and flexible • Able to work autonomously, take ownership and influence more senior colleagues • Intellectually bright, curious, learns quickly and retains knowledge, demonstrates a willingness to learn from others • Knowledge of other languages is desirable but not essential
