• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for SDR and AE roles — from sourcing to job offer. • Build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified sales candidates for multiple client accounts. • Conduct screening interviews to evaluate communication skills, sales acumen, and software proficiency. • Coordinate with Operations and Client Success teams to align hiring profiles and ensure proper role fit. • Administer tooling assessments (CRM, lead gen platforms, communication tools, etc.) to validate candidate readiness. • Track, document, and report candidate progress using internal recruitment systems and databases. • Optimize sourcing channels and recruitment funnels to improve time-to-fill and quality of hire metrics. • Stay updated on sales hiring trends, market compensation, and emerging candidate pools.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on sales or client-facing roles (B2B SaaS, digital marketing, or outbound SDR hiring preferred). • Proven ability to source and assess candidates in high-volume and fast-paced environments. • Excellent English communication (spoken and written); comfortable conducting video interviews. • Strong familiarity with sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar CRMs. • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment KPIs and optimize pipelines. • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently under minimal supervision. • Background in agency or remote recruitment setup. • Familiarity with ATS systems, psychometric tools, and English proficiency tests.
