• Provide administrative support to the HR and management teams. • Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding documentation. • Maintain employee records, HR files, and databases accurately and confidentially. • Help coordinate payroll, timekeeping, and benefits administration. • Support employee communications and distribute internal HR-related materials. • Assist with compliance tracking and documentation (e.g., licenses, certifications, training). • Schedule and coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and other HR events. • Respond to routine HR inquiries and direct complex issues to appropriate team members.
