📋 Description

• Triage ticket categories and prioritize ticket responses • Evaluate tickets, formulate resolution plans, and execute within standard SLA • Escalate tickets as necessary to ensure completion • Coordinate, execute, and document Compliance HelpDesk activity • Analyze ticket activity to identify organizational training needs and reduce ticket volumes • Provide monthly reporting on ticket categories and resolution time • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • 3–5 years of related work experience • NAHP, SHCM, COS or equivalent certification • Strong experience in all compliance programs • Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office Suites • Prior Customer Service experience • Experience with property management software • Proficiency in administering multiple affordable housing program types • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work • Excellent customer service skills, positive attitude, and strong work ethic • Bachelor’s degree preferred • OneSite and RealPage Suite experience preferred
