📋 Description

• Perform recurring finance operations, including loan sales to investors • Initiate, engineer, and maintain process-automation scripts • Read, debug, and modernize existing SQL and Python pipelines • Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for loan data and finance processes • Perform ad hoc data analysis and communicate insights to internal and external business partners • Build validations and financial-governance controls to protect against fraud and financial error

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years professional experience • Bachelor's degree (Economics, Accounting, Finance, or similar preferred) • Knowledge of SQL is essential • Python experience a plus, with the desire to learn a must • An automation-oriented mindset and aptitude for AI tools, including using them to write and debug queries and build reconciliation tooling • Analytical and inquisitive mindset with a desire to learn • Strong Excel knowledge • Ability to work independently and own high-dollar processes with attention to detail • Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams • Experience automating processes from Excel into SQL- or script-based processes is a bonus • FinTech experience, including loan-level, credit, or lending data, is a bonus
